Terms of cancellation for accommodation and registration fee.
Accommodation:If a room is cancelled less than two (2) months before the booking 40% of the confirmed price will be charged. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the booking will mean a cancellation fee of 75 % of the confirmed price. If a room is cancelled less than one (1) week before the booking 100 % of the confirmed price will be charged. Registration fee.
Until 1 June the registration fee (less a 10 per cent administration fee) will be reimbursed if a registration is cancelled. After 1 June and until 1 August 75 % of the registration fee will be reimbursed. After 1 August 50 % of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
